We congratulate our 2nd year magistracy' student Igor Balashov, who (along with the students of the faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics Ruslan Gabdullin and Yevgeny Bobrov) has won Russian final of ImagineCup - the international technology contest conducted by Microsoft. In their Chemometrics project, guys assembled the experimental Coffee Break installation, which allows to determine the taste parameters of coffee and wine by machine learning. Also we want to say thanks to our students Ilya Novikov, Yury Poymanov and Alexander Chezhegov for help in preparing this project.
Мы поздравляем студента 2-го курса магистратуры Игоря Балашова, который вместе со студентами ВМК Русланом Габдуллиным и Евгением Бобровым стал победителем российского финала международного технологического конкурса ImagineCup, проводимого компанией Microsoft. В рамках проекта «Хемометрика» ребята собрали экспериментальную установку Coffee Break, позволяющую определять вкусовые параметры кофе и вина с помощью машинного обучения. Отдельное спасибо - нашим студентам Илье Новикову, Юрию Пойманову и Александру Чежегову за помощь в подготовке проекта.
